The Roma 120cm Fry Top Dual Fuel is a sleek and contemporary freestanding range cooker, hand built near Venice by talented Italian artisans. Featuring advanced cooking technologies and features usually reserved for professional appliances, this 120cm range cooker is perfect for those who are passionate about cooking.
Design Features
The Roma includes ILVEs unique E3 precision temperature control, allowing you to adjust the temperature in just 5 degree increments with minimal temperature fluctuation. The Roma 120cm Fry Top Dual Fuel range cooker features a single soft close oven door and full width storage drawer. The Roma has an clean modern style with contemporary knobs and handles. Choose from 4 standard colours including stainless steel, white, matt graphite and gloss black or colour match you cooker, with ILVEs colour match service.
Oven Functions
The Roma 120cm Fry Top Dual Fuel range cooker features 2 large ovens including a 43 litre capacity oven on the right, and an extra large oven on the left with a 97 litre capacity. Both ovens include specially designed rotisserie, perfect for cooking joints of meat. There is a choice of 15 oven functions including quick start rapid heat up that heats to 200 degrees in 6 minutes. The pizza setting recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. The range cookers baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute heat evenly. With the new steam discharge vent, you can control the ovens humidity by eliminating condensation when cooking a high water based dish like a stew or by retaining the moisture when baking bread. The oven includes two dual-height halogen lighting for perfect visual control.
The ovens interior is similar to cleaning a non-stick pack due to its easy clean enamel oven lining. All ILVE range cookers are A+ rated for energy efficiency.

The dual fuel model features 8 high quality, cast-iron individual pan supports and solid brass burners. In addition to the burners is the option of a solid stainless steel fry top griddle. The fry top is an accessory which can be placed on top of 2 burners and removed when it is not needed. With easy clean black nanotechnology coating, ILVEs burners are non-stick, easy to clean, durable and highly resistant to fire. The Roma 120cm Fry Top dual fuel range cooker has 8 individual gas burners controlled with one hand ignition: 2 x 4.3kW double ring wok burner, 4 x 3kW medium burners and 2 x 1.4kW small burner. LPG jets can be fitted by request.
